About the event
Join Alicia, of Lovepot Holistic, for a restorative and somatic yoga flow around a fire circle where yoga and a guided shamanic journey will come together for a powerful evening with the day of a full moon, The Corn Moon. This yoga practice is beginner friendly, low to the ground, and will touch on the energies of the Corn Moon: abundance, gratitude, release, and reflection. Then relax and embark on a deep shamanic journey within, ending with a gentle awakening to a new beginning and new seasonal growth cycle.
You will need to bring a yoga mat with you, and/or a blanket. Please also bring a journal with you to process your experience towards the end of the session. You may also bring a pillow to ensure you are comfortable throughout the session. Dress appropriately for the season and layers are encouraged!
